In this document, we will refer to Travel Sistas Global as TSG.

Please keep this document for your record.

 

BOOKINGS: Please note that a reservation is created from the moment a deposit is paid to Travel Sistas Global. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances and is not transferable.

 TRAVEL PROTECTION: Effective July 15th, 2020, a travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers. Traveler must purchase a travel insurance in the case of travel interruption which should include global and national pandemics. It is the traveler’s responsibility to have a valid travel insurance to protect their booking.

EMERGENCY CONTACT: Travel Sistas Global requires all travelers to have an emergency contact on file in the event of an emergency while abroad.

 COVID-19 IMPLEMENTEND MEASUREMENTS: Travel Sistas Global continue to advocate daily for safe travel plans. We’ve decided to implement COVID-19 safety measurements to resume our activities the safest way possible. All travelers booking an international trip are required to obtain a COVID-19 test 48h prior to departure. The traveler must have the results on paper. No copy or screenshot will be accepted. Each country has their own entry requirements and may deny entry if a traveler can’t provide a paper copy. The results must be negative. In the event you receive a positive test, TSG will contact the traveler to see about the available options. We also encourage you to book a single occupancy room to continue practicing social distancing. All travelers will also receive a TSG travel kit, which will include safety equipment.

 

INCLUSIONS: The inclusions of a trip might vary from a trip to another. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the trip you’ve booked.

 

 PRICE MATCH: We do not offer price match. When you book, you agree to the rate that was offered to you.

 PAYMENTS PLAN: All our travelers are subscribed to our payment plan with an annual interest rate of 10% when they sign up for a trip. Our payment plan will allow you to make small biweekly payments of as low as $85* depending on each trip. You will have a period of 8 months to complete your payment and the final payment must be received by the due date on your invoice. If the trip you book is less than 8 months away, your payment will have to be in at least 60 days prior to the trip. If your final payment is not received on time, your trip will be canceled, and no refund or credit will be processed. If for any reason during the payment plan, you cannot make a payment, you have to contact TSG at least 3 days before the payment is due for us to see what the available options are.

 Please note that it is the traveler’s responsibility to respect the payment plan provided at the time of booking. Please note that a $25 per day late fee will be charged for every late payment. After 3 days, the booking will automatically be canceled. If you wish to join the group trip again, a $150 reinstatement fee will be added to your invoice on top of the late fees (maximum of 3 days) for a maximum of $225. If you are late for a second time, we will automatically cancel the booking and you will no longer be able to join our payment plan or the trip in question.

 DISPUTES: Disputes can happen when the merchant and the consumer disagree. We will respond to disputes within 15 business days. Please note that if a dispute is received related to your trip, we will automatically cancel it and provide your agreement to the bank with our cancellation policy and all the information made available to you prior to booking. We strongly encourage you to communicate with TSG to see how we can help you. TSG also reserves the right to restrict future trips and prosecute the traveler in question to recover any amount that is due to TSG. Please note that if you’re late on your payments, you will be canceled for non-payment and we will not offer any refunds.

 CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that life happens and therefore, that is the reason why a cancellation policy has been put in place. It is the traveler’s responsibility to purchase their own travel insurance. Please note, that the non-respect of your payment plan, automatically cancels you for non-payment and you will NOT be eligible for any refund. Once a booking is created, the cancellation policy will apply based on the cancellation into place at the time of booking. For insurance claims, Travel Sistas Global will issue an invoice.

 

 CANCELLATION POLICY ADDENDUM:

You can cancel FREE OF CHARGE within 24h of booking, minus the non-refundable deposit.

If you cancel more than 200 days prior to the trip, the deposit amount + a penalty of 75% of the total paid by the traveler will apply and you will be eligible for a refund of 25% of the total paid amount, minus the non-refundable deposit amount. Please note that our regular deposit is $150.00 for all trips. If you booked a reduce deposit promotion, the regular deposit amount of $150.00 will be considered as your deposit when canceling. The travelers also have the option to request a TSG future travel credit for a 40% value. All future travel vouchers will be issued within 7 business days and can be applied on any other trips. We strongly encourage each traveler to purchase travel insurance that includes pandemic coverages and ‘’cancel for any reason’’ option.

 If you cancel your trip 100 days or less prior to the trip, 100% of the trip will be penalized. No refunds will be offered under any circumstances. You will receive a TSG future travel credit for a value of 50% of the valued paid, minus the non-refundable deposit amount. Please note that our regular deposit is $150.00 for all trips. If you booked a reduce deposit promotion, the regular deposit amount of $150.00 will be considered as your deposit when canceling. All future travel vouchers will be issued within 7 business days and can be applied on any other trips. We strongly encourage each traveler to purchase travel insurance that includes pandemic coverages and ‘’cancel for any reason’’ option.

 **Please note that if you cancel a trip that includes airfare, any airfare portion is NON-REFUNDABLE. The airfare portion will be calculated and deducted from the package. The remaining balance will be refunded with the applicable policy at the time of booking, described above.

 

 TRANSFER TRIP TO SOMEONE ELSE: Travel Sistas Global allows travelers to transfer their trip to another traveler for a fee of $350.00, which needs to be paid before the transfer is approved. The transfer needs to be completed at least 200 days prior to the trip. Under 200 days, no transfers are permitted.

 

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

Each traveler is allowed 1 checked luggage and one carry-on.

 REFUNDS: If you are entitled to a refund, our refund process can take up to 60 business days from the day you’ve received confirmation of a refund. In some cases, it might be faster.

 TRAVEL ACCOMODATIONS: As you guys know, this group is for people to mingle together and step out of their comfort zone. Sharing is required most of the time. For all villas, each lady will have either a bed, sofa bed or air mattress. However, the rooms will be shared as the rest of the villas. When we are staying at hotels, you will be matched with a roommate (double occupancy) or 2 roommates (triple occupancy). Each person will have their own bed and share the room.

 BEHAVIOR/POSITIVE VIBES ONLY: At TSG, we strive for POSITIVE VIBES This is not the bad girls club. We will NOT tolerate any form of disrespect or perturbing behavior. We require each lady to be respectful at ALL TIME with each other. We also ask that each lady be respectful when contacting any team member of TSG. Everyone booking a trip are doing it for the same reasons: create memories, new friendships and travel the world. A lot of ladies are traveling with strangers for the first time and are very nervous about it. You’d be surprise how you will get along with ladies you’ve never met in the past.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS DELIVERY: Travel Sistas Global will email all travel documents and trip information to each traveler via email between fourteen to twenty days prior to the trip. We must get final documents for each traveler before issuing them.
